Comcepts had actively assisted our client Diageo from the inaugural Grand Prix in 2009 till 2012 in the conceptualisation and management of the itinerary of their corporate guests who are invited to attend the race and activities.

Working with various other agencies throughout the planning phase right through to the post-race activities, we provided a full spectrum of support services from guest management – which included travel arrangements, dedicated transport, welcome and concierge desks from the moment when they checked into the Conrad Centennial, to the practice and qualifying races and the actual night race itself.

Throughout the race weekend, we provided dedicated staff to look after the guests and arranged full hospitality packages at the various venues where the guests were hosted to ensure that they were happy, comfortable and well taken care of for a unique and memorable race experience.
